Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We don’t have any Return, Refund facilities. So please be sure about your order about your order before placing it.
But our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you receive wrong or damaged product from us, in this case, after getting the “PARCEL UNBOXING / OPENING VIDEO” is must. We will not entertain anyone without the parcel unboxing / opening video and most importantly the problem regarding our products should be visible on that video.
So we advise you that every time after receiving our products, please record a video before unboxing our products.

Provide us with your order ID details, an image of the product and “PARCEL UNBOXING / OPENING VIDEO” on our official Whatsapp number.
Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged due to misuse/overuse Returned without original packaging including, price tags, labels, original packing, freebies and other accessories or if original packaging is damaged Serial Number is tampered with. Product is used or altered If request is initiated after 3 business days of order delivery.
Cancellation If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to our customer support on firstname.lastname@example.org or call/whatsapp us on +91 9825688856.
For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking ,the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 48-72 business hours of us receiving the products back. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
It is also partinent mention here that 10% of the order amount will be deducted at the time of refund because of the payment gateway partner charges.
